Ruby color. A nose full of strawberry jam, slightly peppery, a hint of liquorice and blackberry. On the palate, the attack is straightforward, with black fruit jam and spicy notes, pepper, clove, and then liquorice and violet. Rounded tannins with a nice intensity. Nice pairing with red meat, meat stew and mediterranean cuisine.
